SARSON KA SAAG - Mustard leaves

SARSON KA SAAG - سرسوں کا ساگ

Put:
       1 KILO (2.2 LBS) OF FINELY CUT MUSTARD LEAVES
in:   3 CUPS OF BOILING WATER
adding:
       5-6 WHOLE RED CHILLI
       SALT
Blend it after water evaporates.

Heat:
       3 TABLESPOONS MUSTARD OIL
add:
       THE MUSTARD LEAVES
       2-3 CUT GREEN CHILLI
       2 TEASPOON WHITE CUMIN, careful not to burn it.
Garnish with cut dill and serve.
