Cook in:
3 GLASSES OF WATER
1/4 LB GREEN PEAS حری مٹر کی دال
1 LEVEL TEASPOON TURMERIC ہلدی
1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TEASPOON GINGER PASTE
1 TEASPOON GARLIC PASTE
until green peas turn soft; then mash it but not too much, and add:
I TEASPOON WHOLE WHITE CUMIN dry fried and crushed by hand
Garnish with PEARL ONIONS پیاز کالی tempered in CLARIFIED BUTTER گھی
