Tamaatar, Aaloo, Mattar - Tomatoes, Potatoes and Green peas

Without masaala recipe:
Heat mustard oil as it steams and aroma has gone then add:
CHOPPED ONIONS and start frying it on high flame and reduce flame to lowish
adding
WHITE CUMIN SEEDS just a little bit, careful not to burn it; when onions turn reddish brown then add:

1 - 1 1/2 CUPS OF WATER
CRUSHED RED PEPPER
when ready then garnish with fresh cut coriander or dill and cut green chili and julienned ginger (all up to you)

1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC
1 TEASPOON RED CHILI POWDER
