MACHLI KA QORMA - مچھلی کا قورما
Dry fry:
4 TABLESPOON WHOLE CORIANDER سابت دھنیا
2-3 TABLESPOON WHITE CUMIN سفیدزیرا
now grind it to powder
Fry:
2 MEDIUM SIZE ONIONS CUT SPHERICALLY لچھے
in 1 CUP MUSTARD OIL until reddish brown then
add:
3 TEASPOON RED CHILI POWDER لال مرچ
1 TABLESPOON GINGER PASTE ادرک
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC PASTE لاسسن
1 LEVEL TEASPOON TURMERIC ہلدی
1 FULL TEASPOON GARAM MASAALA گرم مسالا
and above POWDERED MIX
Cook keeping everything soft; when turmeric odor has gone then add:
1 KILO FISH cook till fish odor has gone; now add just enough
BOILED WATER for desired gravy. It should be thickish.
Serve with sprinkled garnish of garam masaala.
