SABIT BHINDI

Heat:
       1/2 CUP MUSTARD OIL in a wok کڑھائی 
add:
       1/2 KILO (1.1 LBS) OKRA washed and dried
       RED CHILLI CUT?????????????????????????????????????????????
       WHITE CUMIN????????????????????????????????????????????????
       SALT to taste
cook till crisp





BHINDI

Heat:
       1/4 CUP MUSTARD OIL
Add:
       1 BIG ONION chopped small and fry it till reddish brown
now add:
       1/2 KILO (1.1 LBS) OKRA cut small
then add:
       5-6 WHOLE RED CHILLI
       SALT to taste
cook it lid closed.
