DALSAGAA - White un-skinned lentils and spinach

DALSAGAA -   دلسگا

Cook on medium heat:
       1 CUP UN-SKINNED WHITE LENTIL    چھلکے والی ماش کی دال
       1/2 KILO (1.1 LBS) CHOPPED SPINACH    کٹا ہوا ساگ
       1 WHOLE RED CHILI    لال مرچ
       SALT to taste and
       4 CUPS OF WATER
until lentils and spinach are soft - mash it all up and add
       WATER
       2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED DILL    سویا
       2 GREEN CHILIS CHOPPED    حری مرچ
       1" PIECE OF GINGER JULIENNED    ادرک
and continue cooking till water comes to a boil; now add
       2 TEASPOONS OF WHITE CUMIN which were dry fried and crushed.

Now add the garnish بھگار :
Garnish prep:
fry   2 GREEN CHILI CUT LONG
in    2 TABLESPOONS OF CLARIFIED BUTTER    گھی  and pour it on the 
dalsagaa before serving.
