Wash and set aside:
1 KILO (2.2 LBS) VENISON MEAT FROM MEDIUM SIZE (don't laugh!) DEER
Fry:
2 MEDIUM SIZE ONIONS CHOPPED in
3 TABLESPOONS MUSTARD OIL until it turns reddish brown
now add:
1 TABLESPOON GINGER PASTE
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC PASTE
2 TABLESPOON RED CHILI POWDER لال مرچ
2 TABLESPOON CORIANDER POWDER دھنیا
2 THIN-SLICED TOMATOES ٹماٹر
1 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA گرم مسالا
1 LEVEL TEASPOON TURMERIC ہلدی
SALT to taste
and cook till turmeric odor has gone; add venison and water; close lid and
cook on medium flame for 20 minutes before checking on tenderness of meat,
add water if necessary. Continue reducing and stirring when done. Leave
lid closed till ready for serving.
